Support at Home

Support at Home readiness for home care providers.

The Support at Home program is the single biggest regulatory shift facing Australian home care providers. We help you translate the new rules into a working operating model — before go-live, not after.

Operational readiness

Clear operating model, delegations, workflows and forms aligned to the new program rules.

Financial confidence

Pricing frameworks, budgets and unspent-funds handling that stand up to audit and consumer scrutiny.

Compliance from day one

Clinical governance, incident management and Strengthened Standards evidence built in — not bolted on.

What our Support at Home readiness covers

A tailored program that meets you where you are — whether you're mapping services, rebuilding pricing, or preparing your clinical governance for in-home delivery.

  • Transition planning from Home Care Packages & CHSP
  • Service list mapping to the new classification framework
  • Pricing, budgets and quarterly acquittal readiness
  • Clinical governance for in-home care
  • Care partner and case management model design
  • Restorative & short-term support pathways
  • Assistive technology & home modifications processes
  • Consumer agreements and disclosure documentation

CDECT 4 & 5 and AECT support

Support at Home providers fall under registration categories that require evidence against the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. We help you prepare, complete and evidence the Commission's assessment tools with confidence.

CDECT 4 – Assessment, Care Planning & Consumer Outcomes

Consumer file readiness — assessments, individualised care plans, reviews and consumer outcomes evidenced against Standard 4 for in-home delivery.

CDECT 5 – Clinical Care & Service Delivery

Safe, effective clinical care in the home — medication, wound and continence management, restorative pathways, and workforce competency aligned to Standard 5.

AECT – Audit Evidence Collection Tool

Mandatory for providers registering (or varying registration) into categories 4, 5 and 6 from 1 November 2025. We help you complete the AECT — Registration or Variation — with evidence-mapped responses, supporting documentation, and pre-audit review so the Commission audit runs smoothly.

  • AECT – Registration completion
  • AECT – Variation completion
  • Evidence mapping to Strengthened Standards
  • Pre-audit gap review & remediation
